Summary0003072: Transforms are not applied to any node
Description

Load MRHead sample, apply a linear transform, change the linear transform parameters => the image should be translated/rotated, but nothing happens.

Tested on the latest nightly (Slicer-4.2.0-2013-04-12-win-amd64.exe) on Win7 64-bit.

Thanks for the fix! Tested on Slicer 4.2.0-2013-04-30 (Win64) and it works well.
