Summary0003047: transforms don't trigger re-render on change
Description

Transforming a volume or a model doesn't update the display.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Download MRHead
2) Create a transform
3) Apply transform to the volume
4) As the transform is updated the volume does not move <- - BUG
5) Now drag the slice offset slider and the transform is applied
