Summary0002331: extension manager needs tweaking
Description

-when the extension manager window pops up, it is small. It should be about 80 of the size of the slicer window.
-when there are too many extensions for the size of the window, there is no scroll bar available
-the first extensions presented are the templates. The extension manager is a tool targeting end users. End users have no use for the extension templates. They should not be visible at all. They should be available from the developer pages.

Resolving this issue since all issue have been fixed in commit related to issue 0002333.

The removal of template extension from the "All / Main" listing is captured by issue 0003607
