Summary0002161: Adding CLI modules to favorite modules list does not work
Description

Using Applications settings, one can add modules to favorites modules list by dragging and dropping module icons.

This doesn't work for CLI modules i.e The application settings GUI lets you add CAI modules to the list however if you restart Slicer it doesn't show up in the toolbar.

We did a quick troubleshooting. And, it seems it is not working for CLIs because CLI modules don't have icons associated with them.

Would it be sufficient if we provide a default icon for CLI and expect the settings: "Show text under icons in toolbar" ? See screenshot [1]

Then, the icon would show up as depicted on screenshot [2]

If there is no icon, the text will be used instead. Text might be better than having multiple similar icons.
