Summary0001249: parents in the model hierarchy do not have colors and can not be used to turn all their children on and off.
Description

In Slicer 3 a parent of a model hierarchy has its own color assigned to it. When it is collapsed, all its children have the color of the parent, when expanded, children have their own color. When turning on or off visibility of a parent, it affects all children. This allows me to turn on all the veins for instance.

in slicer 3 the scene keeps track of the state of the hierarchies at each level. Are they open or collapsed? e.g. Vessels open, arteries and veins collapsed.

1243 also mentions drag and drop capability, which was the only way for end users to edit hierarchies from inside Slicer.

svn 20827 fixed the load knee atlas while the Models module is open, the color editing and expand/collapse should be fine now.
