Summary	0003483: Rulers disappear when zoomed
Description	Ruler widgets disappear when the slice view is zoomed such that one end of the ruler is no longer in the frame.

nicole 2014-03-03 13:40 administrator ~0010670	Will update the behaviour when porting from Annotations to Markups (it's currently working as designed). Plan is to cap the ruler at the side of the view, as extending the widget off the side might be ill defined.
