Summary0003458: Ruler end is reset when slice view is zoomed
Description

I would like to precisely set the location of one end of a ruler widget by zooming in the sliceview. However, when the view is zoomed, the other end of the ruler jumps away from its previous position. It seems to jump to the bounds of the zoomed view.

Yes, this is annoying. I'm working on improving widgets and will eventually get to this.
