Summary0003000: Resample ScalarVectorDWI Volume fails to resample with specified resolution
Description

The Resample ScalarVectorDWI Volume offers the option to manually specify image spacing (voxel size) and image size, instead of reading those specs from a reference image.
This does not seem to work for DWI images. Scalar volumes work, but DWI's do not. No error is reported, but the output volume produced looks like dimensions have become mixed up. Content appears empty.

The Slicer 3.6 version works fine.

The same issue applies to resampling with a linear (rigid or affine) transform and a given reference image. Results are empty in nightly build, scrambled in 4.2.1. Works in 3.6.3
Procedure: take attached DWI image, resample with any affine transform.

It seems there are several related issues - probably something has changed in the handling of DWI volumes. Alex can help sort out the issues if Francois can help identify where the issue has crept in.
