ResampleDTI does not handle the measurement frame when resampling tensors. If the measurement frames is not the identity, then the resampling algorithm does not work well

ResampleDTI is suppose to handle the measurement frame properly. It may appear that it does not if one only look at the output image and sees that the measurement frame is the identity. However, this is the case because when one resamples a DTI with ResampleDTI, the measurement frame matrix is used in addition of the transform matrix to rotate the tensors. Therefore, once applied, the resulting tensors are in the identity measurement frame.
However, there could be a bug somewhere. Is it possible to have a dataset on which a problem was detected to try to reproduce the bug?
