Summary0002371: Update factory ITKv4 nightly script to enable packaging
Description

The following steps have to be considered:

1) Resolve issue 0002115

2) Locally try to add "Slicer_PACKAGE_NAME_SUFFIX" in ADDITIONAL_CMAKECACHE_OPTION. see https://github.com/Slicer/Slicer/blob/master/CMake/SlicerDashboardScript.TEMPLATE.cmake#L74

3) Talk with Zack, Michael (issue 0002372) ... make also sure michael will be able to identify which packages are with ITKv4 and which one are not. Since no metadata are stored in the midas "packages" table, i guess he will have to use the name of the file.

4) Propagate the change done to the template into the script currently used on the factory.
