Summary0001877: key binding to place fiducial
Description

In slicer2 and slicer3, the 'p' key could be used in slice views to place a fiducial at the current mouse position. IGT researchers and other users found this very useful for precise placement and would like to see similar functionality in slicer4. Preference is for a non-modified keystroke (that is 'p' or '.' rather than 'control-F12' because the binding should be easy to use with one hand).

Markups module provides the p key to place fiducials under the mouse while in persistent place mode. svn 22317:
