Before the (ctk) Slicer launcher can be the official and only launcher, it needs to embed the Slicer icon.

I've built CTKResEdit.exe and it works perfectly. I could add the Slicer icon to Slicer.exe with this command:

CTKResEdit.exe --update-resource-ico f:\S4R\Slicer-build\Slicer.exe IDI_ICON1 f:\S4\Resources\3DSlicer-favicon.ico
