Summary | 0000060: Window/Level setting is 'manual' by default
Description | Sometime between the January and late April releases of Slicer3, the default window/level setting for the 2D windows has changed from 'auto' to 'manual'. I don't know whether this was a deliberate change or a bug. For me, the preferable setting is 'auto', as this always produces a better initial guess as to the correct window/level setting than 'manual'. It would be nice to have the old default back. Even more sophisticated would be to save the user's last choice in a registry or prefs file entry somewhere and restore it on startup.

This seems to have been fixed in the version I built from today's update; or at least the behavior has reverted back to 'auto'. You can close this bug report I think. |

This problem appears to have been fixed in yesterday's checkout. |

Seems to be working reliably for us. Reopen this if it's still a problem. |
