connectivity is not enabled when 2 rois are provided as inputs in the stochastic tractography module

Julien: looks like Tri isn't working on the CLI any more, can you take a look at it yourself?

Nicole: indeed Tri version is not anymore part of the Slicer. My python version replaces it. I saw an issue with the release concerning the roi filtering and therefore I checked in the bug. I already fixed it and committed the changes in the release trunk. Important is: the files do not need to be compiled, they are bytecode compiled when the user launch the slicer the first time. if you need more inputs on that, do not hesitate to ask me.
