vtkModelHierarchyNode entries have a delete option in the context menu... Could Delte be added to Model entries as well?

I'm in the process of adding an extra set of items to the node selector menu (delete, rename, and edit properties). These are implemented a vtkSlicerContextMenu helper class that could be added to the model hierarchy too. Hopefully having the options in the node selector will relax some of the urgency for this option.

Closing. Slicer3 is not being developed anymore.
