| Description | This may be by-design, but wanted to note for discussion: Currently the ROISeeding module does not work when the seeding labelmap dimensions do not match the DTI dimensions. The module attempts to run, stops updating the counter after a few seconds, and will eventually finish -- but the result model is empty. The work-around is to resample into the DTI space, but this is not immediately obvious. The module should at least give a warning on dimension mismatch. | ||||
