Summary0004658: Make terminology navigator easier to use
Description
  • Add multi-select option to category table. Union of types in those categories are shown in the type table
  • Make category table hideable similarly to anatomic region table
  • Category table hidden by default and all selected
  • Type search box has focus when opened
  • Select on Enter key

+1: Name of terminology dictionaries starts with "Segmentation category and type" - It would be better if they wouldn't

One last task that would make using the selector easier (but will follow in a different commit):

  • Disable reset buttons for name and color if they result in no-op:
    • Auto generated flag is off, or
    • Name or color is same as default
