Summary0004646: Issues with Save Islands in Slicer 4.11
Description

I am using Slicer 4.11-2018-10-20 on a Mac Book Pro laptop, and running tests with the baseline volume of the white matter exploration tutorial dataset.

When trying different options, only the options in the left column (Keep largest island/Remove small islands/Split islands) are accessible i-e the Apply button is active.

When selecting the option of the right column (Keep/Remove/Add selected island), the Apply button becomes deactivated.

Options on the right refer to a selected island, which do not require clicking "Apply" button, but a click in a slice viewer (to select a specific island). If you hover your mouse over the apply button a message explains this.
Let me know if you have any suggestion how to make this more clear for users.

Thank you for clarifying this. I would suggest splitting the Edits islands functionality into two sub-categories: 1- Automated editing and 2- Manual editing, and moving the Manual editing option under the Apply button.
