Summary	0004535: Slicer crash when searching in the SimpleFilters module
Description	this issue occurs in the nightly build of slicer, 4.9.0 to be exact. entering in just a few letters will cause the app to crash consistently.
Steps To Reproduce	Open slicer 4.9.0 select the SimpleFilters module start typing a few letters into the search bar crash
Additional Information	the slicer output contains no useful information, but i'm attaching the windows crash report.

blowekamp 2018-04-10 16:00 developer ~0015659	I downloaded the nightly build and on OS X and I was able to reproduce the results. This pull request was merged into the Modular repository, I don't think it has made it into the Slicer yet... https://github.com/SimpleITK/SlicerSimpleFilters/pull/10
