Summary | 0004459: help users work with transformed data in CLIs
Description | Currently CLIs are passed in only the volume node data (including IJKToRAS) but nothing about any transforms applied to the data. This can be confusing to users because Slicer displays the transformed volume data so that, for example, adding together two volumes that appear to overlap in Slicer can result in something unexpected. It may be good to notify the user of this, either with a warning dialog or with a visual indicator in the node selector that flags the volume as being under a transform. It may also help to add functionality to help the user quickly apply a transform, possibly as a submenu of the node selector.
