What OS are you using? I use a 4K screen with mac and windows all the time and haven't seen any big issues.

Also have you tried the nightly builds? We are working on a new release and it's possible that some issues have been fixed.

If that doesn't work please add a screenshot that demonstrates the problem.

Hi pieper,
I've attached a screenshot of the install extensions display. The text is extremely small on my monitor. I've also attached a logfile which seems to show some errors.
Many thanks,
Stephen

Interesting - here's what it looks like for me on a 4k display with windows.

Have you changed any other font settings (in slicer or in windows)? The layout of the tab labels is different on your screenshot.

I've reset the font settings in Windows to default. My scaling is at recommended 250% in Windows and at high res.
The font is Slicer is at standard setting (see attached). Is the error in the log file anything to do with it?
Thanks for your help!

Hmm, there are a lot of variables in both Qt and Windows that could come into play. I suggest you post this question to discourse.slicer.org and see if anyone has experience with this.

Not clear what change is needed here. Best to follow up in the discourse.slicer.org forum to discuss best practices.
