Description

Occasionally, ChangeTracker crashes Slicer almost immediately during the analysis step. This has been observed only on mac, and it happens most often with nightly builds (release mode).

I was able to trace this down to error during registration invocation (after calling ApplyAndWait()), but I cannot get any useful details even with gdb.

I suspect something is wrong with the inputs passed to registration. Maybe getting rid of memory leaks will take care of this problem magically...
