Summary0004354: Restoring Scene View breaks Editor context ?
Description

After restoring a scene view, switch to Editor and create a new labelmap. Editor complains with multiple Warnings:

"Geometry of master and merge volumes do not match.
IJKToRAS mismatch at (0,0) (-1 != 1)
IJKToRAS mismatch at (0,3) (95.5 != 0)
IJKToRAS mismatch at (1,3) (95-127.5 5 != 0)"

Seems that the new labelmap is not initialized with the orientation parameters of the master volume, but with zeros? Same warning with all datasets loaded. Ignoring seems not possible, since Editor tools seem to be affected (e.g. labeled voxels do not appear or are scattered).

Steps To Reproduce

Load uploaded Slicer MRB file.
Open Editor module, select master volume and generate labelmap. Works ok.
Restore one of the preset Scene Views.
Again switch to Editor and try creating a new labelmap. Produces the above warnin/error message.

Or load indiv. volumes. Use editor. Save new scene view. Restore Scene view. Use Editor and create new labelmap.

The problem does not happen with the ne Segment Editor. If segmentation editing after scene view changes are needed, the Segment Editor module has to be used instead of the Editor module.

Added this as a known limitation to Editor module documentation (https://www.slicer.org/wiki/Documentation/Nightly/Modules/Editor).
