Summary0004351: Nightly package downloads are empty for many extensions
Description

2017-02-28 nightly, extension downloads are empty for a number of packages, giving the following message in the error log:

"Archive /tmp/25734-linux-amd64-SlicerPathology-git54c2405-2017-02-02.tar.gz.Oj2443 doesn't contain any files !"

Packages include: SlicerDMRI, SlicerRT, SlicerPathology, LAScarSegmenter, TCIABrowser, DSCMRIAnalysis, and IntensitySegmenter.

Steps To Reproduce

Download nightly. Try to install extension. Install "completes" immediately, but there is no Restart prompt, and the message above is printed in the error log.

Additional Information

possibly related to http://www.na-mic.org/Bug/view.php?id=4247 although that seems to have been resolved for Windows/Mac. SlicerDMRI and SlicerRT have some test failures but are still available in the nightly.
