Summary0004299: CLI infrastructure does not support multiple image/transform/etc...
Description

The current CLI infrastructure does not support passing multiple images (or transforms or other tags that support multiple=true).
It would be nice to be able to support this.

Additional Information

This could be treated in multiple steps:

  • 1) Add CLI logic support in vtkSlicerCLILogic and vtkMRMLCommandLineModule.
  • 2) Improve python support (slicer.cli.setParameterNode does not work properly for example)
  • 3) Optionally improve GUI support to be able to add/remove inputs.

Workaround exists (add multiple node selectors if there are more inputs), documented as a limitation (https://www.slicer.org/wiki/Documentation/Nightly/Developers/SlicerExecutionModel#Laundry_List), so this is more of a new feature request than a major bug.
