0004114: Module modifies displacements greater than 200mm
Description
When loading a linear transform from file, the Transforms module changes the values of the displacements if they are greater than 200mm in magnitude.
Steps To Reproduce
1) open Slicer
2) import linear transform Transform.tfm (attached)
3) switch to Transforms module
4) observe the displacement values in the rightmost column of the Transform Matrix.
Additional Information
The attached transform is supposed to have displacement values 210mm in magnitude.
