Description | Hi, I was trying to use DiffusionWeightedVolumeMasking module to generate a brain mask given the Diffusion Tensor Imaging Tutorial test data. However, it generated an error message about missing b0 image. Attached please find the screenshot of this error. Could you take a look? The error exists in the stable release 4.5.0 and the following nightly build versions. Regards, | ||||

This dataset seems to have a quite low but nonzero b-value for the b0 images. Probably there is an epsilon that is too small for comparison to 0? |
