Integrated in http://viewvc.slicer.org/viewvc.cgi/Slicer4?view=revision&revision=25147

Note: I moved the check into Superbuild.cmake to allow configuration of the
inner build project even if there is no network connection. Quite common when configuring Slicer while travelling overseas :)
