Summary0004053: slicer 4.4.4 crashes with DTI resampling (Windows 10)
Description

Hi, I'm experiencing systematic Slicer crashes when both trying to run the scalar/vector/dwi and the DTI resampler from the GUI. I'm running it in Windows 10, 32GB RAM
For the sake of reproducibility, I've tried with the RegLib C03 data with DTI resampling: I first load the DTI and T2 volumes, and the "Xf1_DTI-T2_BSpline" transformation from the library unzipped folder, check the displacement box and then apply. It starts running, and after one minute or so it produces a total crash. I've tried with my own datasets with the same result both with DWI and DTI. I've rebooted several times the computer to try... Slicer is running correctly for any other module I have tried (though I experienced some random crashes).

Additional Information

Update: I can run the modules from the CLI (CMD in Windows10) without problems (after setting the PATH variable). Hence, the problem seems to be related to the GUI or to how the GUI is passing the parameters to the modules.

Can you try the nightly build? There was an issue related to the output volume type - you need to be sure to create the same kind of output volume as the volume you are resampling.
