Summary0003964: Output file selection in CLI
Description

When a CLI allows the user to select an output file, a browser Qt window is opened to allow the user to select a file name. However, even if in the CLI XML description the label is set as an output option, the browser window only allow the user to select a file that already exists.
To reproduce that error, one can use the CLI module called DWIConverter. As visible in the source code, some tags are specified as outputs:

But one will encounter the problem I just described above when trying to use that tool.
