There is a popup window that appears if the loaded DICOM objects have a reference to DICOM instances that can be found in the database. However there are some issues to fix so that this feature is actually usable.

1. It pops up even if you have the referenced instances in your loadables, which I think goes against its purpose. It should only show up if you didn't select the referenced item.
2. The popup window's look should be improved. It is too small, its title is not readable, and without making it bigger the user doesn't even see what it's for (a short description about why it popped up would be also nice). The first time I used it I thought Slicer hung, because I didn't see there was a window that popped up.
