Summary	0003903: Hide self-test and developer modules from all modules list
Description	Many users are scared by the sheer number of modules in the modules list. There many modules in that list that these users should not see, because they never use them, for example self test and developer modules. It would be great to hide them from this aggregated All modules list to make it less scary and more usable (even I never use it because it's impossible to find anything from 150ish modules).
