Summary0003858: Scale factor is broken when saving screenshots
Description

It is not possible to produce high quality images for publication using Slicer 4.

The scale factor merely replicates pixels. In Slicer 3 (and 2) the correct behavior of higher-quality rendering was present.

See screenshots that show the low rendering quality despite a scale factor of 3.
