Summary | 0003805: <file> flag in a CLI can only be an input | ||||
Description | When creating a CLI module, one can choose to select the flag <file> to select a file as an input or an output of their CLI module. However, even when setting this parameter as an output with <channel>output</channel>, when using the CLI from within the Slicer UI, when clicking on the button to select a file, Slicer opens a browser window to select a file that exists. One does not have the possibility to select a file that does not exist. CLI that has this issue: | ||||
