Summary0003752: Warning that label maps need resampling after reopening dataset
Description

After closing and reopening a scene that includes a volume and a corresponding label map, the following message pop up when I try to use the Editor module with the dataset & label map:

"Warning: Volume geometry does not match (Resample to fix)"

Steps to reproduce error:

  • Download MRBrainTumor1 dataset
  • Create label map with TreshholdEffect (not using the standard values for the upper and lower treshold)
  • Save Scene
  • Close Scene
  • Load Scene and edit label map again
  • Save (should be only the edited label map), close scene and reopen scene
  • Try to edit label map again --> Warning
Additional Information

Problem occurs on nightly build 4.3.1-2014-06-17, not on stable version.

OS: Fedora 20

I haven't looked into it extensively but I think it's not a false warning - the registration results I get with the masks after the warning are worse than before in the stable version.

The new Segment editor does not have this issue (master volumes are automatically resampled as needed).
