Summary0003739: BRAINS modules complain about libBRAINSCommonLib.a missing. At build log strange directory for search of this file.
Description

Error:

Building CXX object Libs/MRML/Core/Testing/CMakeFiles/MRMLCoreCxxTests.dir/vtkMRMLSceneEventRecorder.cxx.o
Linking CXX static library ../../../../lib/Slicer-4.3/libBRAINSCommonLib.a
/usr/bin/ar: CMakeFiles/BRAINSCommonLib.dir/BRAINSFitHelper.cxx.o: No such file or directory
....
make[5]: *** No rule to make target lib/Slicer-4.3/libBRAINSCommonLib.a', needed bylib/Slicer-4.3/cli-modules/libBRAINSPosteriorToContinuousClassLib.so'. Stop.

At ccmake only cmake_ar is pointing to that directory. Any ideas what should be changed and how, to get it work?

Debian, nightly build.(r23331)
Error happens in multiple BRAINS modules.

Another similar error:
BRAINSTools/BRAINSCommonLib/BRAINSFitSyN.h:4:27: fatal error: antsUtilities.h: No such file or directory compilation terminated.

Hi Aleks,

Marking the issue as resolved. Slicer r23374 [1] updated the version of BRAINSTools to the latest, I would suggest you try again to build the trunk.
