Summary | 0003716: 3D rendering opacity changes with image spacing
Description | The 3D rendering changes if image spacing is changed. In general if the image spacing is decreased the volume tend to get more transparent. A sample data set is attached. The two png files (image_space_1mm.png and image_spacing_01mm.png) illustrate the difference when the image space is change from 1mm to .1mm. Notice how there is a whole in the volume for the small image spacing. The transfer functions are exactly the same.
