Description

If doxygen is found then documentation is automatically generated.
This should not be the default behavior.

This is a problem on Windows because Doxygen, if installed in Program Files, is always found.
This dramatically increase Slicer compilation time :-(

Interesting. By default, documentation is not built even if doxygen is found.

The "doc" targets are excluded from ALL. See [1]

What is the context ?

Are you doing a "build all" in Visual Studio ?

I guess we could organize targets in folder using [2] ?
