Summary0000366: New camera node causes scene annotations to rotate with the 3d view.
Description

Adding a new camera node in Cameras module causes the directional letters in the 3D view to no longer face in a single direction, they rotate with the scene. Same issue with the vtkFollowers used for the fiducial text.
When I rotate the 3D view using the mouse, is the new camera node the active camera now or am I adjusting the original camera node and the followers are now following the new camera node?

Steps To Reproduce

Start up Slicer3, rotate the 3D view a little.
Select the Cameras module.
Create a new camera node.
The annotation letters (RL,AP,SI) no longer stay facing the camera as you rotate the 3D view.

Nice effect, right :) ?

Yes, when you rotate you are using the new camera, with the followers looking at the other. I'll fix that.

Fixed I think, both axis actor and fiducials.
