Summary	0003630: Paths used in vtkMRMLVolumeArchetypeStorageNode are not relative to scene path
Description	Steps to reproduce: 1) put MRHead.nrrd in a directory 2) from the command line run 'Slicer4 MRHead.nrrd' in that directory 3) in Slicer, choose "Save scene", and choose a new directory created in the same path where MRHead is 4) save the scene 5) try to load the scene back into Slicer
