Summary	0003583: Moving fiducial with "Shift" pressed is not working as expected
Description	If I first press Shift and then try moving fiducial, I can move fiducial only along the line (sometime left-right, sometime up-down), and the other slice viewers are not synchronized. If I first try to move, and then press Shift, I can move fiducial in plane, but the other views are still not updated. Tested with Feb 10 Nightly, with 3 over 3 layout.
