Summary	0003540: Add function to remove regions from the segmentation by drawing on the 3D view
Description	Currently it's very difficult to get rid of patient table and other artifacts in the segmentation result. For example: Threshold a CT to extract the bones. Everything works well except that the table is segmented as well. In most medical image processing workstation there is a tool to preserve/remove regions marked in a 3D view. Similar to the "Select cells with polygon" / "Select cells through" feature in Paraview.
