Summary	0003481: port placement module and annotations
Description	Hi I'm trying to use the port placement module. I've been through the tutorials and know that I have got to add fiducals to the images and then use the port placement module to generate port images that can then be manipulated. The tutorial tells you two ways of doing this but both seem to rely on fiducals being supported by annotations. It appears that they have actually moved to markups. I wonder if this is the reason that I cant get any fiducals to appear in my port placement module. Is there a fix for this? Am I the only one having issues?

nicole 2013-11-06 05:39 administrator ~0010288	Yes, the tutorial and probably the port placement module need to be updated, please contact the auhors listed here: http://www.slicer.org/slicerWiki/index.php/Documentation/Nightly/Modules/PortPlacement As a work around, you can use Slicer 4.1 to access the fiducials through the Annotations module.
