Summary0003435: Upload test and sample data into the DataStore
Description

From Ron: It works. Who will upload the sample data and test data?

From Jc: A lot of the test data have already been uploaded. The sample data are also already download from Midas. It will now be a matter of making them available in the DataStore. That shouldn't be to hard.
@Charles: Do you confirm ? It is simply a matter of adding the expected metadat.

Before doing so, we also need to think about the categorization. Since an item can be associated with only one category, we need to get it right.

@JC: If I understand it properly, the data store supports now multiple labels. I think that the sample data are stored as .nrrd files. The data store only looks at mrb files.
@charles: can you please convert the sample data to .mrb files and upload? I created a category called "SampleData and SelfTests" and uploaded one of the slicer sample data sets called CTChest.
