actually with the new version of Slicer I am no longer even able to access EMSegment. Clicking on the module brings up a blank sidebar

what version were you installing and on what operating system ?

Linux, I've tried this on multiple nightly builds of Slicer 4.2 and on 4.3

can you please give me the specific distribution and what was the latest nightly build you tried out

The issue is that ctk has changed some of its calls and thus the GUI does not come up anymore:
