| Summary | 0003373: File names with many dots create unintended effect in "Save data" | ||||
| Description | While importing a DICOM dataset where file names consist of multiple components separated by "." (as is the case for the files organized by XNAT), the storage node file name is set to <MRML node name>+'.'+<everything to the right of the left-most dot in the DICOM filename>+<default extension> I think the intended behavior is to see the file name set to <MRML node name>+<default extension>. It is strange that filename determination is not separated from the functionality that figures out the file format. | ||||
