As a follow up of issue 0003368, the break of backward compatibility has been reported on the CMake bug tracker and has been addressed. See http://www.cmake.org/Bug/view.php?id=14398

The hack introduced in Slicer by r22411 will be removed and developer will be expected to use a CMake hash >= 68160448
