Summary0003360: Slice intersections do not work correctly for tilted acquisition volumes
Description

Steps to reproduce:

1) load this dataset: http://www.na-mic.org/Bug/file_download.php?file_id=1199&type=bug
2) switch to ThreeOverThree layout
3) link the views
4) rotate to volume plane

What I see after these steps is in the attached screenshot.

Additional Information

Minor issue since this usage scenario is not realistic, as slice intersections are not of concern when all slices show the same content. With non-acquisition planes, the intersections are correct.

This issue does not occur anymore since view groups are introduced (slice intersections from top row and bottom row are not intermixed).
Ideally, intersection of parallel slices should be shown as a rectangle - this is filed as a new feature request (0004383).
