Summary0003348: clicking the 'bread crumbs' links opens browser, doesn't take you back to all extensions
Description

An external browser is opened.

Steps To Reproduce

Install windows slicer (tested win7 64, 2013-08-18 Nightly.

Open extension manager
Selected and extension detail page (click on icon)
Click on bread crumb links (upper left "Slicer Extensions")
External browser opens <--- bug

Additional Information

Workaround is to right-click and select "Go Back"
