Summary0003347: the way markups and their projections are displayed is not consistent in slicer viewers
Description
  • the size of the "markup" in the slice viewers changes depending on the field of view, however the size of it's projection does not
  • I like that the markup changes size based on field of view and I think markup projections should behave the same way but regardless they should probably be consistent

Laurent - can you please have a look at this issue and let us know if you can resolve it? We understand this issue is related to the code you added so you would be the best one to work on it.

Cannot reproduce in Slicer 4.7.0-2017-09-26. Probably fixed by recent change in markups renderer to use orthogonal projection instead of perspective.
